This hand-on class gives you the opportunity to discover the fundamentals of cuisine through a series of classic sweet and savory dishes. You will learn through practice and will be guided step by step by a Cordon Bleu Paris graduate. Bring your creations back home at the end of each session and delight your family and friends.

Participants will build upon what they learned in Bahasa Indonesia Basic Conversation 1.

Conversation class teaches adults how to speak Bahasa Indonesia with their assistants, drivers, helpers and staff. Participants will learn commonly used words, phrases and idioms. Common topics that will be discussed include greetings, introductions, shopping, travelling, directions and much more!

Participants must have taken Bahasa Indonesia Basic Conversation 1 before joining this class.

This class will combine ballet moves and techniques with repetition and stretch exercises, to help improve coordination, posture, balance, flexibility, and strengthen the muscles, which is suitable for anyone with no previous ballet experience.

The exercises are based on PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) method that has been designed to focus on core strength, body alignment and training the muscle memory, which often includes a piece of equipment to support the ballet positions and exercises.

Dancers are advised to wear comfortable clothes and ballet slippers.

Get in shape while learning how to dance!

Zumba is a form of aerobic exercise based on Latin American dance rhythms. Students will be taught basic dance steps following low, medium and high tempo. Students will play a variety of fun games and activities and have opportunities to develop leadership skills, respect, teamwork, confidence, memory, creativity, and coordination. Please wear sporty outfits and sports shoes.
