This class will combine ballet moves and techniques with repetition and stretch exercises, to help improve coordination, posture, balance, flexibility, and strengthen the muscles, which is suitable for anyone with no previous ballet experience.
The exercises are based on PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) method that has been designed to focus on core strength, body alignment and training the muscle memory, which often includes a piece of equipment to support the ballet positions and exercises.
Dancers are advised to wear comfortable clothes and ballet slippers.
