MS & HS Volleyball Pre-Season Training
Middle and High School Volleyball Pre-season Training is geared towards players of all abilities. Participants will work on developing the proper fundamentals for all positions through a mix of drills games and competitive play. An emphasis will be placed on serving, passing, hitting, blocking, and positioning.
