Exploring the Culinary World (Grades 6-12)
During your summer holidays, come explore the world through an exciting culinary journey. From French, Japanese, Indonesian or Italian, and many more. You will learn to make some iconic sweet and savory dishes. You will learn many simple but fundamental techniques in the kitchen while understanding the use of high-quality ingredients that can stay with you forever. Students will be able to bring their own creations home from each lesson. Cake boxes will be provided for dessert items.
