Monday - Beginner Yoga Morning

These yoga sessions are designed for yoga participants of all levels from beginners to more advanced practitioners. Each class will include a warm-up, standing postures, seated postures, balances and each will end with a session of relaxation. The class can be as rigorous or as basic as desired by students who will be working at their own level.
