In Spice adventure experience you learn explanation of all the herbs and spices of Thai, India, Indonesia, and, Cambodian cooking. In each session, balanced recipes of these four countries will be taught, in the Indian section, Goanese, north, south indian snacks, curries, tandoori, lentils, breads and rice will be covered . In Thai, the famous red and green curry, chicken in pandan leaf, Phad Thai, and Thai salads. In Indonesian section chicken rendang, sate, soto ayam, urap, fish Balinese style, and vegetable dishes will be taught creating a balanced menu. In Cambodian the famous beef lok tok, fish amok, and some veggie dishes will be covered. In all classes (8 sessions) spice explanation will be given and different recipes will be learnt.
