The JIS Aquatics Competitive Summer Swim Camp is designed for experienced swimmers looking to sharpen their technique, perfect their skills, and dominate the Individual Medley (IM).

Eligibility Requirements for the Program: 

This program is designed for competitive swimmers. To participate, swimmers must meet the following criteria:

• Be a current member of the JIS Aquatics Swim Team OR have prior experience in competitive swimming.

• Currently be part of a competitive swim team.

• Be proficient in all four competitive strokes.

This camp will incorporate swimming-specific technology, using video analysis and TV playback to support stroke correction and technique development. Starts, turns, and dives will also be a key focus to help swimmers refine their skills and improve performance. The program will also include dryland training focused on core body strength, coordination, and body control to support swimming performance in the water.
