Ready to level up your swim skills? The JIS Aquatics Pre-Competitive Summer Swim Program is perfect for swimmers who can confidently swim 100mm without stopping (including 25m freestyle, 25m backstroke, 25 meter breaststroke, and deep water swimming).

This program focuses on stroke refinement, powerful starts, smooth turns, and dryland training, all while keeping it fun and challenging! Dryland sessions will include core body strength, coordination, and movement exercises designed to support swimmers in the water and improve overall performance. Training is tailored to each swimmer’s unique needs, ensuring everyone gets the support they need to swim stronger and faster. Whether you are looking to build confidence in the pool or fine-tune your technique, this is the perfect way to level up your swimming game

This program is open to swimmers from the JIS Aquatics Fundamentals group or those who meet the entry-level requirements mentioned above.
