The JIS Aquatics Competitive Swim Camp is designed for experienced swimmers looking to sharpen their technique, perfect their skills, and dominate the Individual Medley (IM). This program is open to JIS Aquatics Swim Team members and those with previous competitive swimming experience. 

This program is for competitive swimmers who can already swim all four strokes and are members of a swim team. Led by expert JIS swimming coaches, you can expect high-energy training, plenty of fun, and an opportunity to push yourself to the next level.

This camp will integrate swimming-specific technology, utilizing video analysis and TV playback to enhance stroke correction. Additionally, starts, turns, and dives will be a key focus to help swimmers refine their technique and performance.
