Ready to level up your swim skills? The JIS Aquatics Fundamental Swim Program is perfect for swimmers who can confidently swim 100 meters without stopping (including 25m freestyle, 25m backstroke, and deep water swimming).

This program focuses on stroke refinement, powerful starts, and smooth turns—all while keeping it fun and challenging. Training is tailored to meet each swimmer’s unique needs, ensuring that everyone gets the boost they need to swim stronger and faster. Whether you are looking to build confidence in the pool or fine-tune your technique, this is the perfect way to level up your swimming game. This program is open to swimmers from the JIS Aquatics Fundamentals group or those who meet the entry-level requirements mentioned above.
